We design and engineer the PVA towels in Canada and have them manufactured in factories abroad. We import the PVA towels which are a hyper evaporation shammy like product. You simply submerge the towels in water and let it soak for 30-60 seconds. 

After soaking the towel, squeeze out excess water, and shake the towel until it begins to cool down. The more you shake the towel, the colder it will become. Within minutes it will be 20 degrees colder than the outside temperature. We engineered and designed this product beyond the quality of the product on your local store shelf.  They will last many years with repetitive use. We recommend hand washing your towel only.
